My "GO TO" real estate tools 1. Google Calendar - This keeps all of my client appointments in order and I love the fact that I can color code it for different categories 2. Zoom - Thank you 2020! I use Zoom on the regular for my client appointments and although I was hesitant at first, it has given my clients and myself so much more flexibility while also having face to face calls. ... 3. Canva - If you create content in any capacity, Canva is IT. I'm able to house all of my brand colors and fonts in my profile and quickly create posts from here! 4. Security First Title App - This app allows me to quickly calculate buyer and seller closing costs on the fly - from my phone! No more trying to track down a flyer or send an email to the Closer, I have an exact amount for closing costs right at my fingertips. 5. Buyer and Seller Packets - I have a library of resources for buyers, sellers, future buyers, future sellers, etc. It streamlines the process for getting started and also the actual transaction so no ball is dropped and my clients know exactly what to expect and plan for.

We’re poppin’ champagne because Hannah Spaar bought a house She is the definition of girl power and I am Here. For. It. Not only is she our local newspaper’s editor (holla - these Bachelor of Journalism gals have to stick together), she also bought her own house last week! After this home sat on the market for a bit, her sister convinced her to take a gander and use her imagination to envision what she could turn this diamond in the rough into. I’ve loved following Hannah’s mood boards throughout the transaction and can’t wait to see what how some paint, wallpaper and love can really make this one sparkle again. Be on the lookout for some Before and Afters in the coming months!

I’m swallowing those words ...because nothing can top the Seth and Amanda. These two came to me with a pre-approval in hand (huge brownie points), had a pretty distinct picture in mind of what they wanted, found it, and called it their own just in time for a New Year’s party! For all of you downers out there thinking that it’s not a good time to buy, think again!
