Canva - If you create content in any capacity, Canva is IT. I'm able to house all of my brand colors and fonts in my profile and quickly create posts from here! 4. Security First Title App - This app allows me to quickly calculate buyer and seller closing costs on the fly - from my phone! No more trying to track down a flyer or send an email to the Closer, I have an exact amount for closing costs right at my fingertips. 5. Buyer and Seller Packets - I have a library of resources for buyers, sellers, future buyers, future sellers, etc. It streamlines the process for getting started and also the actual transaction so no ball is dropped and my clients know exactly what to expect and plan for.

After this home sat on the market for a bit, her sister convinced her to take a gander and use her imagination to envision what she could turn this diamond in the rough into.
