Who says the best photo from a family session is the "traditional" one? For the Heyman family, this is one of my favorite images of the four of them from our time together. For these little boys, this was definitely more fun than sitting and staring at my camera, and it shows! We had a great time with Stephanie, Brian and their boys. These two little ones were full of energy! And I love their outfit combinations! Thank you Stephanie and Brian for spending the afternoon with us!

We finally got to meet baby Fin! And he is just the sweetest! His mom and dad are doing such a wonderful job ... they were just beaming over him! It was fun to hear about their experience as new parents and see their love of this adorable little baby. There definitely takes patience photographing a newborn, but it was so much fun. And we loved getting to see Emily and William and are excited excited for this new phase of life. Congratulations on your sweet little guy! :)

Last weekend we had the pleasure of meeting Greg, a local realtor. One of our favorite families recommended us to him for a new headshot, and we couldn't just do one headshot! We spent a few hours with Greg to create an entire branding session so he can use a variety of pictures on social media, flyers, whatever he needs! And I'm so glad we got to spend more time with him because it was a blast! Greg has such a wonderful personality funny and so personable! and it was so wonderful getting to meet and know him. Congratulations to Amanda and Mike! Last week they celebrated their wedding with family and friends at the beautiful Carriage House. In addition to a beautiful ceremony, the duo had a great party complete with dancing. It was so exciting to see these two families come together, as Amanda and Mike have grown their family. I couldn't be happier for these two and have no doubt they have a lot of happiness in store! Congratulations Amanda and Mike!

We had the pleasure of photographing Pattonville High School's JV drill team. Many of the team's events and activities were canceled this fall, so their wonderful coaches wanted to do something special for them so we did a photo shoot! Each girl has a little session of her own, and we also did a short physically-distanced shoot with the entire team. (Two of the girls are twins, so they could be next to each other.) It was amazing to do something special for these wonderful girls, and I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did!

We had the pleasure of photographing one of my favorite families last weekend! In a joint senior/family session, we took family pictures for the annual Schoonover holiday card that Mickey writes (that I love read every year!) and, the original reason for the session, Ethan's senior pictures. It was great getting to spend the afternoon with the Schoonovers. It's been a long time since I've laughed that hard! It was a great treat and I loved seeing Bill, Emily and Ethan again!
