Wanted to share a little something I’m inviting people to join in on for January 2021! One thing I’m dedicating myself to next year is a more disciplined meditation practice. With meditation I’ve found myself to think clearer, respond with grace, and overall help my mentality. And to be honest, this year has tested my mental capacity as I’m sure it has for most of you. I’m offering you to journey alongside with me for the month of January into a guided medita...tion practice. We will gather for the whole month every Tuesday-Friday for a 20 min meditation starting at 8am on Instagram live. Most of these mediations will be guided if you’re new or experienced I believe there is benefit for all. Come twice a week, come every time, or come once to check it out. There is no pressure or fees or sign ups. Just you choosing to show up in a comfy seat or still laying down in bed (no judgers) I look forward to holding space together and journeying into our meditation practice
