Jackson County Courts will be opening to the public. Specific safety protocols will be put in place and enforced. To access the Court you will be required to wear a mask, get your temperature taken, and be asked medical questions. Judges will likely continue to conduct court activities remotely as much as possible, including teleconference and video conferencing for hearings.
