This Saturday, October 19, 2019, will be the Annual Chili & Soup Lunch/Dinner fundraiser at Blue Springs Terrace. Plan to attend between 11-7 for great food and fellowship. 312 SW 19th Terrace Blue Springs, MO 64015 https://www.bluespringsterrace.com/

There is still time to reserve a seat - or a table - at the annual fundraiser for CAC. The satellite food pantry for CAC was run out of St. Peters for several years (now continues at First Baptist). Friends of St. Peters will have their next gathering this Friday evening, June 7. If you would like to attend, please contact one of the members to be added to the reservation. We will also have a birthday tribute to our favorite centenarian, Willard. His birthday lands near Memorial Day and is especially good timing as he is also a WW2 veteran. We hope he can also attend on Friday to hear our good wishes in person.

From 2007, remembering a very happy Mother's Day!

Lillian Nash, a long-time member of St. Peters, is now over 90, and her living estate sale started today in south Kansas City. It continues Monday and Tuesday, May 6-7. I stopped in for a bit and found these SPUCC cookbooks in her kitchen. Most of us have at least one of these. I'm happy to have the set!
