With snow coming next week, it's winter garden time! Join us tomorrow, Thursday (October 22) from 4:30 to 5:30pm to tuck our winter veggies in with cozy mulch and frost blankets. We'll talk about winter hardy veggies and predict how long they'll keep growing under cover. ... Experiment with covering your garden at home, too! You could use an old sheet or tarp, or cover a single plant with an upside down bowl. Try covering one plant and not another and then compare! Over the next 2 weeks, observe plants outside.
