Christmas is different for me as I learned some things in life, however nothing wrong with the kids in my community seeing Coach/Brotha Clause share some love......this was 2 out of many families visited and I wasn’t gonna post this but it’s time ppl know that me and my family and KC IRON PIT BOXING ACADEMY family have a reason to be here today...the next generation might find their own way and carry the torches... Joseph Thomas aka Joey Cuts Foundation passed the torch to me and he didn’t even know that he inspired me until I told’em years later. I seen a brotha from the hood giving to the hood, he made it look smooth for a bouncer working his parties to see that he cared FO REAL! I like his style. Long story short you never know who’s checking you out for the right reasons so I stayed in my lane and worked the way I know how. Much love to your communities. See more

(Boxing) You have be tough or get tough, not just physically but mentally, not only to survive but to recover. Meaning! Yea I stated the obvious about being tough to push forward, to withstand and get through the rounds to do good. The other side of things is when your day of training don’t go the way you thought it would. There’s a moment of recollection, decision and rest involved, truth is a deep ocean for some ppl to swim and you can’t let your emotions contaminate a mo...ment of truth which is the ingredient to growth and positive adjustments in order to get better than before. Some choose to quit... Some are so hard on themselves beating themselves up... Some blame other ppl... Being tough on this side of the game is lookin in the mirror and standing on your own feet, except constructive criticism and see what others see and capitalize on your strengths and weaknesses...to know those two things about you #1 to me. These are strengths and weaknesses in life that handles in all parts of life. So being tough is essentially a key for everybody and the training will do us all some good. -coach Ron of KCIPBA
