Wow! This explains why the housing market is so crazy competitive right now. The number of new listings are down 47% from the same week last year which makes the number of showings and sales down too. There is just not enough houses to sell! And look at the average sales price--up 31%! If you are thinking of selling, there isn't a better time to do so (if you can find a place to go to).

I want a thermal imagining camera. It's like seeing behind walls! There are quite a few of areas in our house that I want to check out!

Fantastic Warm, Unique, Charming, Lovely New Listing in the Culturally Cool Heart of Kansas City!!!

We have asbestos in our basement covering our 1911 boiler and feel comfortable with it as long as remains contained. As a Realtor, I let the professional inspectors explain why or why the buyers should be concerned.

Even if you know this info, this is a good reminder on preventing foundation cracks. Enjoy! :-)
