Elementary through 7th grade athletes (if your middle schooler is not participating in public school track) start next Tuesday and Thursday 4/20 at 6:30pm at Discovery Middle School. Middle school athletes that are participating in public school track start on May 18th.

The local AAU meet schedule has not been finalized yet. Our general policy is to start practice 2 weeks before the first meet. As soon as we know the start date, we will publish practice times immediately. Thank you for your patience.

KC FIRE Distance Runners - We want to invite you to join your fellow athletes and Coach Mat and Coach Brenda this cross country season on Brocaw Blazers Cross Country team. See details below and on the Brocaw website. The first city wide practice is NEXT Sunday (8/30). The Kansas City Area organizational meeting, sign-up and the first day of practice will be at 4:00p.m. on Sunday, August 30th at the north end of Stoll Park. Stoll Park is directly south of JCCC. We will meet in the north parking lot next to the rest rooms. The first practice will last about 90 minutes. All other practices will typically be no longer than 45 min. We will have three training groups in the KC area. There will be one at Stoll Park, one at Longview CC and a group in the Northland.
