Okay....... let’s talk nail myths...... I see/hear these statements A LOT. Nails don’t breathe. They do not have lungs. ... Prenatal vitamins do NOT make your nails grow, increased blood flow while pregnant makes them grow! Dip powder and Acrylic powder are chemically the same! Acrylic is applied with a brush and a monomer, dip powder is applied with brush on glue. Dip powder is NOT healthier for your nails than acrylic. Nail Beds are developed in utero, not at age 13 (I actually just saw a Nail Technician Tell someone that one......) If you have ANY questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

This weather is making me crazy! It looks like we are supposed to get around 6 inches of snow on Monday. I live in an area that does NOT get salted or plowed. If this snow happens, I will need to reschedule appointments. I opened 2/14 and it’s already full. I will do what I can to get everyone back in, in a timely manner. Safety is my number one priority, nails come second.

A 14 year old girl came to me as just a client, years ago. Since then, she’s family. We’ve celebrated a graduation, birthdays and traveled to Mexico together. Our family loves this girl like our own. We are SO proud of her. Congrats to Lindsay Shamburger and Adrian on their wedding!
