Last but not least, get to know Adam Turner, our Managing Partner. Adam specializes in efficiency engineering, emphasizing software implementation, process improvement, project management, and identifying and improving cost inefficiencies. Oh, and he happens to be my husband! We are a great team, and we love nothing more than growing and building this business together. #KateandCo wouldn't be what it is today without him. FunFact: Kate was kicked out of preschool for biting Adam! That is how we first met, and the rest is history (look to stories to see photos of us as little kids!)

Next up: introducing Frannie Gefke, our Project Coordinator! Frannie started with us as an on-site event coordinator, and after one wedding, she was hooked! "I love understanding how clients want to feel on their wedding day and then using our mediums of fashion, paper, textiles, and custom pieces to help drive those emotions home!" FunFact: Frannie wishes to visit Scandinavia! It's next on her bucket list.

Meet Kimmy Klipsch, our Executive Director. Kimmy takes on a huge role in planning and operations for our #KateandCo events. With a degree in Entertainment Management from Missouri State University, Kimmy knew that entertainment was what she wanted to do with her life. Great news for us! Kimmy is currently engaged and planning her own dream wedding this year. #FunFact: People tell Kimmy all the time that she reminds them of Jess from New Girl, (but not as quirky), and she has the same positive energy as Ted Lasso!

Kate here As we head into January, one of our 2022 initiatives is to showcase the REAL people behind our eventsthe ones that truly make our weddings, corporate events, and parties come to life. In 2021 we made some big changes. We've added new faces to our team, tapped into more destination planning and design, adjusted our packages, and increased our pricing! As a business owner and the CEO and founder of #KateandCo, this last year was one of major growth, and I'm so grateful. I cannot wait for what is in store for us over the next 12 months and know there are many exciting things to come!
