Hello all! We thought it would be a good time to check in with our friends. We hope you are safe and well! As an FYI, while some restrictions in our area are being lifted, our office policies are still in effect. ... We are open for businessbut our waiting room is still closed. Please continue to stay in contact with us through the phone and use our key drop when dropping off vehicles. Thank you all and stay safe!

Family Auto IS OPEN! HOWEVER.....at this time, our waiting room is closed in an effort to keep everyone safe. Going forward, please utilize our drop-off system. There are envelopes provided inside the mailbox attached to the door. Place your keys inside and write your name and number on the front of the envelope. Then drop through the slot on the door! We appreciate your cooperation during this time.... We continue to use gloves to drive your car and sanitize all surfaces we touch. Thanks again for your business and understanding as we get through this difficult time together.

Dear Friends: The recent coronavirus pandemic has caused us all some stress and anxiety. We wanted to assure all of you that our company is staying clean and sanitized. Extra precautions have been put into place to make our office (and your car!) stay a safe, germ-free environment.
