This is a very rusty vehicle- rust in the wrong places.Sometimes we have to tell the customers bad news. We don’t like it anymore than they do but value their safety over profit.

Today’s find. Broken coil spring got into a tire. If you look closer you can see the seat on the strut had rusted out. 13 year old vehicle.

2 weeks until Christmas and we have the doors open!

We have a quick question for our audience today. How many of you like when we do a complementary multi point checklist? We normally check under hood fluids, belts, hoses, lights,filters,tires and brakes. When doing so we will top off fluids when dangerously low. We believe it is our responsibility to keep you safe on the road and believe you would prefer to know of any existing problems besides the issue the car came in for.

We are in the process of putting on an all day 8 hour lab scope class at the shop. We will use your equipment so you can learn in a hands on environment. We have an excellent instructor lined up.
