My books are still open until June 1st before I go on maternity leave & I want to create all the memories with you before it’s 200 degrees outside. Em & Josh’s Colorado destination wedding blew my expectations OUT OF THE WATER I literally could not quit saying OMG & making all the happiest noises. Seriously, just ask them My favorite part of this day was right as we were finishing up, I asked them to throw their hands in the air. They cheered & Emily grabbed Josh’s hands while they were still up and they were smiling and laughing and hugging and swaying back & forth. Total happiness in that moment without a care in the world!! Those are the moments that make my photography career so fulfilling. I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again.. There’s no right or wrong way to get married. But the right way is to do it in a beautiful place just ask Emily Reasoner

The result of my maternity self portraits from a couple days ago At 25 weeks, this is the most vibrant and fulfilled I’ve ever felt. In 6 short months, I’ve gratefully realigned my world around this life that’s growing inside me. Its been a bear trying to deal with certain aspects of pregnancy after losing Ezra. One of the greatest gifts of this pregnancy has been feeling my baby kick, but it’s also been one of my greatest burdens wondering if the baby is still alive when ...I’m not feeling movement. When I say that every breath I take is dependent upon God’s faithfulness to deliver this baby into Alvan and I’s arms - alive & healthy, I mean it. I pray like my baby’s life depends on it, because it does. All of this is a constant reminder to me that pregnancy is a gift that many in our nation take for granted. Forever praying for all the babies who lose their life simply because their earthly parents don’t want them. And always always thanking my Heavenly Father that he does

Just sitting here thinking about how I haven’t shared the most exciting news EVER on this page. I figured that now is a good time to tell you about the most precious 1 lb miracle I’ve been carrying for the past 22 weeks! I found out right before my Utah wedding trip that Alvan & I are expecting again!! Everything is changing right in front of our eyes as our dreams of having a healthy baby are coming true. We’re blessed beyond belief and I can’t wait to FLOOOOD your feed with pics of Baby Reasoner #2

I was lucky enough to win a free photo session from Kaitlan Reasoner Photography earlier this summer but I saved it until the twins were born. We just got the ...photos back today and I am in LOVE! She did an outstanding job and captured our kids so well. She was also incredibly easy to work with and made it fun for our kids, especially our stubborn 3 year old that threw a fit because he wanted to go feed cows rather than stay home for pictures. 10/10 recommend Kaitlan!
