Help me wish my uncle Mamoudou Conde a happy birthday. You have been my inspiration, supporter, advisor, confidant and father. Your works to preserve and share the wonderful and magical culture of Mandingue with world is humbling and undeniable. The culture of Guinea and the artists of Les Ballets Africains, Les Percussions De Guinee, Nimbaya, and Guinee Percussions salute you. I know the road has been long and hard at times but Allah swt knows your heart and diligence regardless. I am humbeled and will always sit at your feet to soak in your wisdom and knowledge.
