Fear inhbits learning. K9 Zeke, like many dogs (and people) lives with anxiety and fear. His was so severe (and he is so big) that Zeke dragged his human on the ground while running away from a literal (wonderful) grandma. I can promise you said grandma has never been negative towards Zeke so why this reaction? Often times it's hard to know what triggers a reactive/scared pooch but what is important is how we teach the dog to manage their fear. K9 Z...eke was not able to handle walking next to a big trash bag when he first began training. He could hardly handel being on a leash or an empty Amazon box being tossed to the grounc. A basic but solid foundation has changed the way he and his human will now exist. K9 Zeke is learning that trash day isn't so bad and that grandma is the furtherest thing from a threat!
