$171,500 MEDIAN WHITE FAMILY NET WORTH $17,150 MEDIAN BLACK FAMILY NET WORTH A typical white family has nearly 10x more wealth than that of a black family. ... DEVELOPMENT ON DELMAR DIVIDE GETS GREEN LIGHT FROM CITY COMMISSION A potentially historic development plan aimed at bridging the Delmar Divide has been approve...d for $6.2 million dollars from the City Financing Commission. Kevin Bryant of Kingsway Development has been working to acquire the land, financing and support of the residents of Fountain Park for a construction on their borders. The office, retail and residential spaces estimated to cost 84 million dollars will inhabit the neighborhoods of Fountain Park, Lewis Place and Central West End. The St. Louis Tax Increment Financing Commission voted unanimously to send the incentive package for final approval by the Board of Aldermen. The project would be the first to join the Central West End neighborhood to a development north of Delmar Blvd.
