Webster Groves Historic Home Site: Services provided: Drywall-hanging,taping finishing 500 sheets of drywall... Apply knockdown texture and painting We just started an exciting project for us. This is a custom home in Webster groves where the property has been in the family for over 100 years. This home site sat vacant for 10 years while they planed and went through the permitting process of this energy effect new home build in the historic area of Webster. Some really interesting feature are the original stone siding on the house was carefully taken off and will be repurposed on the focal point of the entry a 2 story fireplace. They also saved the original wood floor and will be reused in selected areas on the first floor. We are very proud to be selected as a contractor of this home and excited to see the finished product. We will post pictures of the project the comments as we make progress.
