Updated Schedule for April 15-May 4. The highlighted in blue will be the new evening appointments. I work every Sunday but those days book in advance so if you can't seem to ever get in, these small changes should allow more opportunity this way. So far the Myofascial Release Training I have taken is birthing amazing results. It is NOT at all your typical massage, in ANY WAY to do a full MFR so I am working to find a 'combo' using both MFR and the sessions you've been used t...oo in the past, so many are in love with the hot stones, essential oils, reiki and and now MFR that mixed with my swedish, Lomi Lomi and Thai Massage modalities I am working to create a variety menu to cater each clients needs. Sometimes you're in pain and we need to use therapy, sometimes you're just stressed and overwhelmed and just need relaxation. New Services menu to offer more options and new pricing to offer more options for your pocketbook. It is still just me over here and although I wish I could clone myself (for many reasons) this human body can only work so much in one week before it reminds my spirit how old ...it actually is. Hey Guys!!! I am booked until April 7 with limited appointments that week. Come try the MFR (Myofascial Release) techniques and help me figure out how to offer ALL the modalities going forward. Bones are pulled out of place by taught bands/muscle contractions. You can pop them all day long but if you don’t elongate the muscle around it, they will always pop back out. Heal your soft tissue and you heal your whole body! 417.437.8656
