On May 1, 2021, 80 members of Parkway Central High School are holding a dance marathon to benefit The Local Childrens Miracle Network. Their ambitious goal of $30,000 is $5,000 more than their record setting money raised for last years event. The campaign culminates in a "dance marathon" which is really an attempt to understand what it is like to be a NICU nurse; 4 straight hours with no break, no caffeine and no sitting down. So not only are they raising a tremendous amount ...of money for the children, they are paying homage to those on the front lines taking care of the precious children at our local hospitals. Many of the PCH participants are also JSUers. We are so proud of them and their friends and we want to help get the message out.
