Friday was such an amazing day. Not only was it my birthday, but I was able to spend the day at the 17th Annual Gray, Ritter & Graham Advocacy Symposium hosted... at Washington University. It was an all day affair that was jammed pack with valuable information from some of the most talented trial attorneys in Missouri!!! We covered topics from how to understand medical records to effective voir dire to to practice tips to help keep clients satisfied. We also received tips on how to become better researchers and legal writers as well as how to put roots into our communities. Thank you for a fantastic day Gray, Ritter & Graham! Also, I won a mini-medical library which was the icing on the birthday cake! I'll be putting it to good use for our CVDL clients soon enough!

The Missouri Attorney General's Office has posted the Top 10 Consumer Complaints in 2018. Complaints about home repair/construction contractors came in at #7 and about professional services came in at #10. The AG's Consumer Protection Division helps consumers who have been wronged.
