The therapy department at Joplin Health and Rehab would like to highlight the Joerns system that they are able to offer their patients. Therapist are able to work with patients to go from non weight bearing to graduated weight bearing by lbs or percentages, and then progress to full weight bearing status. This enables our patients to safely and securely learn to bear weight again without the fear of falling. Great for stroke patients, as well as hip and knee surgery patients! Sister Facilities Webb City H&R, Carthage H&R and Joplin H&R got together to throw a drive-thru breakfast for our local social workers and case managers. We provided Chick-fil-A, fruit cups, and coffee along with some swag to thank them for all that they do for our community and NHS!!
