When your hard work gets the right result, it is a good day. Sometimes tragedies happen and a criminal charge is not the right answer. While our sympathies are with all effected by this tragedy, we are grateful that Antonia can now begin her healing.

Maybe, just maybe, they will also approach new cases more aware of the biases that have caused some rather silly decisions.

When our cases hit the news, the public reaction is usually not positive. Today our office received a phone call from a gentleman who said he was an extremely conservative Trump supporter but he wanted to see if he could help to keep our client from being deported. We just received the order that Missouri courts will continue to be very restricted until May 15. Our office is still working and will do consultations via phone or video to protect our families and yours. We have been continuing to accept new cases, seeking the release of incarcerated clients, and preparing the current cases we have for trial. Jessica is answering the phones and mostly working from home. We hope you all are safe and healthy.

All non emergency and out of custody custody court dates are being postponed by order of the Missouri Supreme Court until April 3. Accordingly, our attorneys and Jessica will be working primarily remotely. You can still reach us at 417-866-0110 or [email protected] to find out when your court date will be. If you need an appointment we will be conducting those via phone for the time being. If your loved one is in custody we will make arrangements to see them as needed and as allowed.
