2020 will end with some exciting news for our agency. After 27 years of service to American Family and his customers, Scott Ball will be retiring at the end of the day today. American Family has chosen a brand new agent to take over 70% of Scott’s agency. He will start on Monday, January 4th. The remaining 30% will be transferred to our agency at that time. We’re both excited and honored to be given this opportunity by American Family to service these customers that Scott has... taken such good care of for the past 27 years. If you are a current customer of Scott’s, you will get a letter next week telling you who your new agent is. If you’re heading this way, we look forward to meeting you and getting to know you. I’ve been an agent with American Family for over 14 years. My two staff people have a combined 23 years of insurance experience as well. We have offices in both Moberly and Salisbury.
