A key to new beginnings
For those who think the tax maps are law... Read this article that actually cites court cases on the topic. Great thing, there's a Missouri example.
During this time, we are trying to stay as updated as possible with CoVid-19 pandemic. There are some states that have shut down work and even some cities in Missouri but J-Mark Surveying is still business as usual with a few requests: If we are meeting you on site, please adhere to the CDC's recommendation of 6 foot distance and even though it is not our preference, we will not be shaking hands. We also will not be taking walk ins at the office. If you need to pick somethin...g up, please call ahead and we will hand it off at the door. This may seem extreme but we believe this to be an extreme situation and are taking precautions. Be safe & healthy!
Been having to run level twice a day 7 days a week on railroad to check for settling, because they are putting sewer in under railroad. Quite the process, don't mind running the level just not a fan of the 7 days a week... This is 1 of 4 sites.
Due to COVID-19, J-Mark Surveying will not be taking walk ins during this time until further notice. Please feel free to email, text, or call. We would be happy to assist you with all of your land surveying needs. Stay healthy everyone! ... ([email protected], 417-942-7882 [email protected], 417-872-6488)
Please realize that this is the busy time of year, unless you have a dead line that you are specific about on the phones, please understand there is a wait when it comes to the drafting process. Thank you for your patience & understanding. (We only have 2 draftsman and one spends 8-10 hours out in the field 5 days a week. What drafting he gets done is after hours.) We are doing the best we can and we thank you for choosing J-Mark Surveying for your surveying needs. Have a great weekend everybody!

Those other people include planners, mayors, police officers, rescue squads, firemen, city planners, and many others. Many of them couldn't care less as to whether the points are located to the nearest 0.1 ft...Continue reading
Well, I officially turned in my last assignments for my surveying class and unless I get bad grades on the last 3 assignments, I should be finished. Which I'm not sad about for sure other than now I need to prep for the FS Exam.... Anybody who has pointers on that feel free to share!
Needless to say it's foggy... Can see the laser. Out on a job for Fox Creek Construction and Flat Creek Excavating
