JJ's Cafe

Hey Columbia! Just wanted to be sure everyone was aware of the current situation at JJs Cafe. We had a small fire that was started in the front of the building.....fire marshal believes it was due to a cigarette that had been dropped and started some dry leaves on fire and got into the front wall. Which then brought smoke into the building from the wall and was quickly put out by Como's finest in the fire department!!! It was very small again and we are very blessed and fortunate that it wasn't worse. This all happened yesterday morning and thanks to the amazing staff and work of Service Masters we will be up and back operating by tomorrow (Friday) morning!

Quick shout out Como, we are looking to hire someone for a full time position who will cook a few days a week, wash dishes a few days a week, and prep cook one day a week. Pay and holding a job at JJ's is based on skill set and willingness to actually do the job asked of you. There have been a lot of people waste my time......so please only respond to this posting if you want to hold a steady job, in a good work environment with the potential of great pay if earned! I also work around all employees schedules and ask them to share the same courtesy with other staff members, as well as working as a team including myself!!!

Hello JJs Cafe COMO fans!!! This is Sara you friend and proud Owner of JJs. It has been a long time before the last two posts that we have been keeping up with our Facebook for this location. Yes that's right ( for those that don't know) we have a second location!!!! It is just off the square in Centralia MO!!! I have been crazy busy keeping up with the new store and training a new staff to cook all the same great foods you find at this location. So Shawn has been keeping an ...eye on COMO for me, but in hopes that it is off to a rocking start in Centralia and I must say we have a good team put together. I hope to get to see you all more often soon! And meet all the new faces too!!!! I will try to post some update and new food pics of the good stuff ( because face it that's what you are here for) and the good people too! Just want to say thank you all so very much for the awesome support and great family atmosphere that each and every one of you has helped be a part of with my business!!!
