My family, friends and fellow Martial Arts Instructors.... Many of you who teach martial arts all over the world. I wanted to Thank You and recognize ALL Instructors for your significant influence on people globally. ... It doesn’t matter what styles or systems you teach, color or degree of ranks, belts, titles, etc. You teach or influence with a code of honor, humbleness and respect. Our world is a better place because of your contributions, commitments and dedication to share your martial art experience. You have made sacrifices personally, professionally, physically, financially and emotionally. You have lost time with your family, not taken vacations and held yourself to a higher standard while receiving less and giving more. You continue to represent yourself with Integrity and honor by leading by example. You continue to give so much while others continue to take because you represent to the best of your ability. Martial art educators teach many things besides kicking, punching, throwing, grappling, etc. No student is a bench warmer and the life skill lessons taught are priceless and under appreciated. Often times you may feel over looked, taken for granted, used up and thrown away when others determine your job is complete enough. Here in the states, school teachers have kids for 9 months out of the year but martial art Instructors have them for years and sometimes even a decade or more. Students become part of your family and you a part of theirs. Many instructors charge so little but teach so much and still struggle to get students/parents to value their time and experience. You always teach and train from your heart in hopes to building the next generation of martial artists. Many Instructors became Instructors because of the love of learning, growing and being a student. Don’t let anyone change you, what you do or why you do it. Recognize your value, worth, contributions and influence you have individually or collectively on an international level. Build bridges and unite fellow martial artists by adding value to others. Most importantly always teach from your heart. When you look at your reflection I hope you recognize you’re like an Eagle. Soaring higher than others, independent and a strong leader that others look up to and aspire to be. Be free and fly even higher than before. Continue to learn, grow and raise your standards. Stay hungry but humble, Respectful but not weak! Thank you for being YOU and doing what YOU do! Please read and help us push the positive... 5 STAR RATINGS needed! This evening at 16:54 we had a lady trespass on our property who entered her white Ford truck through the exit because she passed up her turn. ... She was approached and respectfully asked to turn around and exit the property as designated for the safety of our students who would begin arrival any time. She was attempting to exit through the entrance which created a strong possibility of a head on collision. We have everything on video and will be posting as well. Our doors open at 17:00 and we take the safety of our students with extreme importance. Our children’s beginners class start at ages 5 and up and is the first class of the evening. This person, Ms Marcie Mattson then took it upon herself to make a horrible review with false claims and out right lies. We would ask our supporters to please help us push down her hateful and disrespectful review which is slanderous and defaming of the business and owner personally. We are asking family and friends who know what we stand for and how we help build leaders in our community as well as worldwide to give us a 5 star review. It is our belief in today’s world we can only push the negative down by being positive and professional. It is our hopes Ms Mattson would realize her error and remove her negative review. We apologize for her feelings being hurt for being corrected but we do not take the safety of our students lightly. It’s hard enough to run a business today without having to deal with these type of people who play the victim. Her review is very damaging and It’s important to mention she is blocking most who have commented and held her accountable on her post. He earned his red stripe! Last stripe before he tests for his next belt. Can you tell he's excited? Celebrating with ice cream! So proud of him! Miles has worke...d very hard in class and outside of class to earn all 3 of these stripes. They definitely aren't just handed to the students. The respect he now shows is insane. He can now take constructive criticism without crying. He overall attitude has completely changed. His confidence is SOOOO much higher then when he first started. And the best part, is he is no longer on ADHD medication nor anxiety meds. Which if anyone knows my son this is a HUGE accomplishment.
