Love the name of our April adoption dog! He has been at the shelter for 82 days . I will be paying the adoption fees for this guy! Pooh Bear is a big, lanky guy who loves taking walks, playing with toys, belly rubs and being the center of your attention. He is looking for a home without young children since he is very protective of his food. He is a big boy at 55 pounds and needs some room to play. He does not get along with other dogs and is sometimes full of uncontained energy so a person who is willing to work and train Pooh Bear would be a great fit. Our March Adoption Dog is a real cutie! Check out Luna, she is a sweet, cuddle bug who loves to play tug-of-war with toys. She is 47 pounds and great with kids. She needs a home without cats or small dogs, since she chases them instead of playing with them. She would enjoy a dog buddy that is her size or larger. Luna is ready to bring love and wet kisses to a new home. I will be paying the adoption fees for Luna so contact the Franklin County Humane Society at 636-583-4300 to schedule an appointment.
