We used 3 Red Angus Brisket Flats from J-H Cattle Co. Meat Store to make Pastrami for a fundraiser and they were a HIT! The briskets were trimmed perfectly to go into the brine. It made prep easy and painless. The quality of the briskets were certainly appreciated by all.
