Rapid schedule changes are completely understandable in this COVID climate when you are unexpectedly ill, but please be kind and considerate when cancelling for any other reason. Last minute cancellations are especially challenging as they leave me with gaps in my schedule that aren’t easy to fill with less than 24 hours notice due to our limited and strict occupancy requirements.
