The ovens work! Getting closer!

We passed our pre-opening inspection with St. Charles County! Next up, getting in supplies and doing some practice baking. Stay tuned for opening date announcements!! Jenny

We are getting closer! Waiting for our inspection date with the Health Department! A little practice with the new equipment. We are super excited that we'll get to serve our O'Fallon community soon. Thank you so much for all of the interest, the likes and follows on Facebook and the genuine excitement of having a bakery opening here soon on the North Side!! We don't have a solid opening date yet, but there will be an announcement here as soon as we have a firm date.... Jenny

Just a little update on the bakery. We've passed our city and fire department inspections. Our countertops have been delayed due to inclement weather. As soon as the countertops are installed we can have our occupancy permit inspection. After that, all of the odds and ends and final touches will be started so we can apply for our county license with the health department. I know everyone has been patiently waiting for us to open and we are excited to get open. We are on our ...way and moving as quickly as possible.
