Hey! I need to address something that has came up more frequently than it should. I get it! Things come up. Life happens. But please, it would mean so much to me if you could give me at least 48 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I will spare you my rant but it’s incredibly hard to fill last minute cancellations for a number of reasons ... Effective immediately if you cancel within 24 hours or you don’t make your appointments time you will be invoiced for the full amount of your missed appointment before booking your next appointment. This WILL NOT go towards your next appointment. With that being said, so many of you who change your whole life around to make your appointments and I am so thankful I hate so send harsh emails but it has become a reacquiring issue I needed to address.
