*UPDATE: We have to postpone the sealing and painting of our parking lot. We had a conflict in the scheduling. We will not start this project until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will get this project done by spring 2020. We’re hoping we can complete in October 2019, depending on weather and availability. We will let you know for sure. Old post: We will be sealing on 9/12, 9/13, 9/16, 9/17 and 9/18. The contractors will get there at 7 am, so will need each lot empty by that time. We will stripe each lot on the same day in the evening. Pray for no rain so we can keep this schedule! Any cars left parked in the phase area of that particular day, will be towed at the owner's expense!

*UPDATE* Water is on. To be on the safe side, plumber recommended to boil your water for the next 3 days. This is for the residents’ who didn’t have water today... (Shadwell Drive). St. Louis county inspected the pipe repair and it passed inspection. We want to apologize to our residents without water right now. Early this morning, we had a main line break on Shadwell Drive causing one sink hole in our parking lot. We want to thank AA Quick Plumbing for coming out so promptly. Once we get word that the water is on, we will update this post. If anyone is affected by this water shut off, please don’t hesitate to call the office for assistance 314.487.5677. Thank you.

Main water line broken, county is aware. Even telegraph cafe & jack in the box is closed due to no water. Let’s hope they fix it soon. Our maintenance is on stand by, and there isn’t anything he can do until main water line is repaired by County. We apologize for the inconvenience.
