The COVID-19 vaccine is here, bringing hope that the end of the pandemic is approaching. These are the faces of #MercyJefferson frontline health care workers le...ading the way by becoming the first to receive the vaccine. Following government guidelines, we are vaccinating health care workers first. We ask for the community's patience until we are allowed to provide the vaccine to everyone. Until then, please continue to wear a mask and social distance.

#covid19 update: Dec. 9, 2020 Yesterday there was an error reported in the data. Each day our data team receives a large numbers of results and goes through them to double check for duplicates. Data analysts had not completed the daily data audit yesterday at the time numbers were posted. Of the 197 older cases reported yesterday, 103 were duplicates and only 94 should have been reported. The case breakdown should be as follows: 144 cases Tuesday + 94 old cases added and 112... cases today. This brings the overall total to 13,754. We apologize for any confusion. We are also reporting 3 additional deaths this week. More info can be found on our website. We will continue to provide the updated, accurate COVID-19 data to you each week day. #jeffcomo
