EFFECTIVE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9th: The Viking Snack Bar in the CTE Building will be closed for the remainder of the semester. Please visit the Viking Cafe for all your food and beverage needs! New Cafe Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am to 12:30pm... New Menu Items: Breakfast Sandwiches, Breakfast Burritos and of course, COFFEE! We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to return next semester. Low enrollment and lack of sales are affecting every aspect of our business. #supportyourlocalbusiness (or they close)

Did You Know... * Even during these strange times of Covid that the Viking Cafe is still able to cater your event? There are restrictions and regulations we have to follow but we are more than happy to help you plan for your meeting or event. * Our Snack Bar is located in the CTE Building and opens at 8am? It offers a lot of different hot breakfast choices? (Biscuits and Gravy, breakfast sandwiches, and most important...coffee!)... * The Viking Cafe still offers salads and wraps even though we cannot provide the salad bar and sandwich station? * Even purchases from the vending machines located on all three Jefferson College campuses help the sales at the Viking Cafe?

No Shocktober at Jeffco this year...come celebrate with your local Little League! Michele Largent, Food Service Manager at the Viking Cafe is also the President at Hillsboro Little League. Bring the kids, the car, decorations, candy and $5. We will have food, games and prizes!
