Congrats to JC Parks outdoor recreation program manager Alexis Kerman for receiving the 2021 Missouri Park and Recreation Association Outstanding New Professional award. In her time at JC Parks overseeing the ropes course, campgrounds, disc golf, TREK Adventures, community bike rides, and so much more, Alexis has gone beyond her normal job duties, demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, developed SO MANY innovative ideas. All this and more have made her so deserving of this recognition. Way to go, Alexis! JC Parks is better because of you!

Public Session Schedule Update!!! Washington Park Ice Arena will be open tomorrow (January 9th) for public sessions from 1pm-4pm & 4:30pm-6:30pm.

Due to a special all weekend event, there will be no public skating sessions this weekend January 16th & 17th.

Public session schedule update! Washington Park Ice Arena plans to be open tonight 5-10 pm for public session as long as weather doesn’t worsen. We prefer to keep the ice in the rink, not on the roads!
