What happened in real estate at Indian Hills in 2020? Here's some numbers. . . note that these reflect MLS data (so houses that were listed with a Realtor, For Sale by Owner are not included) There were 28 total house sales, ranging in sales price from $15,000 (yes, $15K) to $410,000. There were 14 vacant lots sold, ranging in price from $4,000 to $45,000.... There are currently 3 active home listings ranging from $70,000 to $479,9000 and 4 active lot listings ranging from $6 - $12,000.
