It’s Monday y’all! I always feel the need to start fresh on Monday’s. I have some big goals for myself. 1. My healthy living (I don’t like to call it a diet) starts today! I have been on and off of it for a year now. I lose 20lbs, gain a few, lose, gain.... my goal is to stick with this and to feel good. 2. Be more organized with my business. I try to post at least once a day. But I want to plan ahead to make it easier. 3. Build more of a following on social media.... an a...ctive following! I would love for my followers to be more active on my social media accounts, meaning comment more, tag me more, share my post, etc. 4. Continue growing my clientele 5. Continuing education.
