Week 15 (04/11/21): 2 Corinthians 1:4, He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.

To accomplish our goal of growing deep roots in Christ, we can't just read God's word; we must study it. The REACT method enhances our bible reading by pulling out things we may be missing. As the Christians of Colossae gain more knowledge and understanding of the truth about God’s wonderful grace, their faith in Christ Jesus grows and is expressed in their love for others. Paul and Timothy encourage the church by writing of what they have heard and to say they give thanks to God and always pray that they would know God better and better, to live a life that produces good fruit. Good spiritual fruit is produced from deeply rooted belief of the truth of who God is, what he has done and what he promises to do. We find that truth in God’s word. Let’s encourage one another and pray that we not neglect the greatest opportunity we have to grow deep roots. #fruitrootedintruth #jccdesoto
