Be very careful who you hire to do work on your home or commercial property. This roof was like this when we arrived on the job. Every tenant is building has had massive water damage do to the extremely poor workmanship from prior contractor. To top it off his insurance certificate was fake. So do your research and pick a stand up company with a good reputation, not the one with the cheapest price. Not one single part of this roof is code or would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
