The best part of real estate is the people, whether buyer or seller. I met a interesting couple today while showing property. They grew up in a small town in a neighboring state and reached for the stars. Agricultural teachers that were privileged to travel the world, including living in Italy, Alaska and Africa just to name a few places and they chose to retire and farm in our great state of Missouri because of the people.
