OFFICE POLICIES REGARDING COVID-19 To All of Our Valued Clients and Partners: We are continuing to operate and serve our clients and partners. With the continued COVID-19 pandemic, we are renewing our resolve to protect our clients, partners and staff while assisting with your transactions. With this in mind, we have implemented certain social distancing policies which include the following:... The office lobby will continue to be open, however it is being sanitized every few hours. -Please limit what you touch in the office. -Please keep six (6) feet distance from any other persons in the lobby. -If there are more than four (4) people in the lobby, we ask that you please wait in your car until persons leave the lobby. For client meetings and closings, we are limiting only those essential persons to the meeting or closing. This means for closings, only the individuals who must sign documents will be allowed. No agents, finance company representatives, or other persons will be allowed. Any additional persons will be asked to wait in their car, and not the lobby so that we can maintain proper social distancing. For client meetings and closings, you may be asked to break up your group for social distancing. If you have questions on closings or matters with either office, please call us rather than stop by, or email the appropriate staff member. All inquiries will be responded to, however with the COVID-19 measures in place it is taking some additional time to address cleaning and setting up transactions. Despite the challenges that COVID-19 has presented to the public, All County Title Company (ACT) has you and your family covered. While some recorder’s offices have had to close or restrict in person transactions due to COVID-19, we are able to continue to serve and protect our clients who close with us. We utilize electronic title searching and electronic recording and have two underwriters who continue to provide coverage and protection on your transactions. If you or a loved one are moving forward with a real estate sale, rest assured we have you covered and will be able to assist. There is some misinformation out there about companies’ abilities to perform in these challenging times. We at ACT have risen to the challenge and have been planning and working with our underwriters for the past few weeks to make sure that we are able to take care of our customers and partners. Due to exigent and unique circumstances there can be some modifications or timing adjustments needed regarding issues. Due to the current health concerns with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are working to keep all... surfaces clean and to follow recommendations of the CDC and Lincoln County Health Department. We will be limiting physical contact such as handshakes and will be practicing social distancing with regards to in-person interactions. If you have a meeting or closing scheduled with the Office, we ask that you limit the surfaces you touch as we are attempting to keep a strict cleaning regimen.
