I’ve posted often about Jetta’s headaches. We’ve seen her pediatrician and a pediatric neurologist. It was decided that a migraine med was the solution. I was...n’t satisfied with that. Throughout this multi year process, I started chiropractic and massage therapy for Jetta. We’ve watched her diet and even taken away her fave dark chocolate to see if that was the problem. It wasn’t . I will hold off on medication for as long as possible and try to find the root of the problem. In my opinion, massage and regular adjustments have kept Jetta off any migraine meds and kept the headaches 90% at bay. A major improvement over 2018 and 2019. Alexa started having some neck issues after a soccer collision and sure enough, she’s back to 100% after seeing the chiropractors and Jacque Navin. We still keep in touch with her MD!! Don’t worry.
