Sooo. It’s happening. The temporary closing of j.2 salon will be enforced for the next 30 days effective Thursday 3/26. We are saddened in so many ways for what this has caused for many people. Our hearts are heavy, it’s been hard to process, but We know that this is what has to be done to contain the spread of this really shitty virus. We will be in touch with all of our clients who are scheduled through April in the next couple of days. Thank you for all your continued support during this time. We are grateful for each and every one of you!

Something to consider in the midst of all this and the unknown of what our small city may endure.

Coronavirus update: As many of you know there is mass shutdown all over the country of huge public gatherings due to this virus and it is just a matter of time before large and small businesses consider doing the same. As a small business owner, myself as well as the stylists in the salon, are taking all necessary precautions to clean, sanitize and help prevent the spread in our community. . .... We will be wiping down our stations between clients and cleaning doorknobs and other surfaces throughout the day. . . Here is what we ask from you: 1)Wash your hands when you enter the salon. 2)If you or anyone in your home is sick or feeling sick or has recently traveled to a highly effected COVID-19 area, please reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate any necessary appointment changes. 3)Please consider coming alone, though schools are closed we ask if possible to please keep your children home. . . **If you are healthy and have no suspicion of being around anyone who has been ill please keep your appointments, but if we at all see that you are ill we have the right to refuse service*** . . Huge transformation with bellami machine wefts! . . Side note: She had been wearing extensions of a different type from a previous stylist for awhile and wanted to give her hair a bit of break from them because her hair was in a fragile state. I decided to leave her original color alone and by applying bellami wefts she is able to let the top and side pieces of her hair grow out with the rest of her natural hair. .... . Hand tied/machine weft extensions are the heaviest extension type to wear. Giving the most volume they also have less points of contact on the hair which leaves room for minimal damage. . . NO type of extension should leave damage . .
