Buyer #quicktiptuesday. This may be an option if you are looking at a home as is. This is a negotiation strategy you and your realtor may use! It is important to choose a realtor who knows the contracts and is a good negotiator on your behalf. The sellers still do not have to make repairs, but since you are under contract they may consider it, especially if it amounts to a small value!
