The Black Hawk Middle School Drama and Choir Department were awarded a grant to help their musical and play productions become more successful. They received 8 wireless headset microphones. They are practicing for their upcoming production Pirates of Penzance later this month.

Ms. Olive, Special Education Teacher at Early Childhood Special Education Center requested a grant for Weekly Readers for her students. She wants to build essential early learning skills in language arts, science and social studies. Her students are enjoying the subscription.

Mrs. Ebers received a grant this year for her essential skills classroom. They received a microwave and refrigerator and the students are enjoying learning essential life skills!
