Check out the steel panels we cut for the new Ruths Chris in Chesterfield. There are three sets of panels cut by IMS. Always rewarding to see our work on public display!
Another unique project completed by the great people here at IMS. This is a very heavy I Beam table over 12' long. We had to design it in two sections so it could taken apart to get it in the space. Certainly happy with the results!
Our work - as a signature piece!
More fun stuff from the shop at IMS. A customer is restoring an vintage small aircraft (Aero Commander 500 crica 1970) and needed a new instrument panel manufacturer. Fortunately, the customer did a great deal of the work laying out the various holes, but it still required some resizing and moving the geometry around a bit. The result: looks better than new!
New product from the crew at IMS - commercial grade hand sanitizer stands. This style holds a gallon of the good stuff. We are also making a product that will hold a bottom style dispensing unit. Contact us if you know of anyone that may need one of these!
We are still at it! Here is a nice project from our shop. A rectangular steel tube bench base with bracket top to hold that thick wood plank. Great work showing three of our processes - laser cutting, forming and welding.
2019 Christmas dinner with the team (in front of some of our work). Thanks for a great year!
Never let it be said that we do not go out of our comfort zone. We present the Cantilever Pallet Transfer Cart. Manufactured for a world leading eye health products company, this heavy duty cart can hold up to 1000 lbs. Great job by our staff - as usual!
We have a new welder on staff and she has brought a new level of creativity to IMS, These are flowers welded using scrap from all our cylinder head spacer shims. Very nice!
Our team breaking some 7 guage steel. We welcome tough bends and any project. Test us!
Here is a collection of the some of the work we have completed over the last couple of years. What would look good in your place?
Steel and wood - a timeless combination. These are stool bases we fabricated for our barn wood partners. Turned out great!
Fantastic metal working
We work with a diverse group of customers. Here is a great example of that. Over 500 sets of these steel letters were cut on our laser. After being painted and mounted by our customer, they are ending up in their forever home - Bass Pro Shops around the country. Look for our work next time you're there!
Not every thing we do is light weight. Some heavy duty work here! 10 brackets to support the roof of a car port. They shop keeps putting out quality product in timely fashion.
