David has 11 years experience as an attorney. He previously worked as a defense attorney for the insurance industry and mostly recently he worked as a personal injury lawyer for a medium sized firm. Happy birthday to all my fellow Marine Corps brothers and sisters. This was me in Kenya in about 1991.

Don't be that guy/gal. I had a nice person call me this morning. They were involved in a crash the other day and the insurance company offered them $1,500 to settle the claim. The person signed the paperwork and got the check and now is in a lot of pain. My point is do not talk to the insurance company until you talk to someone like me who is experienced in dealing with them. This poor guy is now stuck with his $1,500 settlement.

This Sunday I was honored in the New York Times as a 2020 Power Lawyer in the field of Personal Injury Law.
