Did You Know? At Bar Down, we rent gear for kids and adults all ages that are participating in the Learn To Play programs at all of our rinks in the metro. Yo...uth Rental - $70 Junior Rental - $75 Adult Rental - $90 All rentals include all equipment needed less skates and a stick. We sell the wood learn to play sticks for $20-$40. Rental skates are included in cost of LTP programs at the 3 rinks. Cost of equipment is the #1 reason that kids don't get involved in hockey. We are cutting that cost by 80 percent!! The Angels and I buried our differences last night and played together for the Independence Adult Hockey League.

Was trying to catch some relaxing LED rays before the new Learn to Play Hockey session this Sunday, and then these little demons showed up. Everyone, meet my kid brothers Skully, Arnie, and Kevin.

They finally let me into the scorekeepers box for an adult league game. I don’t think I was hitting those buttons fast enough.
