From Father Brian: You are invited to our Rorate Votive Mass, Saturday Dec 12th at 6:00 AM (!!!) at Old St. Vincent chapel, on the memorial of Our Lady of Guada...lupe. The Rorate Mass is a unique sung Mass celebrated by candlelight before dawn during Advent. It is devoted to Our Lady, keeping watch with her as we await the birth of Christ, the dawn of His divine light into the world. I will be the celebrant, and thanks to Father Kelly and many others for arranging this liturgy. If you haven't experienced a Traditional Latin Mass (aka Extraordinary Form), this is a great opportunity! Every Catholic ought to see what the buzz is about. The TLM is the same sacrament of the Eucharist, but adorned with rich symbolism and mystery that looks and sounds much different than most Catholics are used to.
